Peach Wine Follies - Part Deux

A couple weeks ago I posted my misadventures concerning my peach wine.  Because the wine was thinned bodied, I did add some juice back into it.  I prepared for it to referment, but until last Sunday, nothing was happening.  Now all of a sudden, it has begun to work again, which is what I wanted it to do.  So, I may get lucky and have this wine turn out to be a winner.  Keep your fingers crossed.
