Wine Recipe Category Added to Sidebar

I have decided to eliminate the wine category in the sidebar and replace it as a wine recipe category. It should make it easier for those of you looking for wine recipes. Also, I have been trying an offline editor for posting. So far it is a whole lot easier, but I do have a few bugs to work out.
