I want to wish every one a Happy New Year and hope that it starts off on a good note. I was busy yesterday making a couple of 1 gallon batches of wine. One batch that I made was the Tropical Wine recipe that I posted 2 weeks ago. It has a very "Hawaiian" taste and I can't wait until it is ready. Another batch was made with a back cherry concentrate that I picked up at the health food store. I also used "Sugar in The Raw" with the recipe. I'm not too sure if the molasses taste will prevail, but should know in about 4 weeks.
