I just checked on the batches of wine that I have made over the past 6 months. Looks like it is going to be a busy weekend. Mostly a lot of racking. The peach and concord from fall will need to be racked 1 last time before bottling. The Tropical and the Black Cherry wine are just about finished as far as the primary fermentation and will need to be moved to the secondary fermenter. Of course, each will need to be tasted during the racking stage. Quality control.
